Ruslanas KThe boat trip itself was excellent, but the transfer from the hotel to the boat was terrible. The vehicle was in very poor condition and felt like it was falling apart. The ride was so rough that we could have hit our heads on the ceiling. On top of that, there were three of us, and another passenger was added to the vehicle, making it extremely cramped and uncomfortable. There was very little space for everyone. The transfer service definitely needs significant improvement.

Monica GSmooth pick up from our hotel in Ubud and drive to the harbour. Bottle of water provided in the ferry. Our tickets said 10.30am pick up. ETA to Nusa Penida 12.30pm. However our ferry didn't leave Sanur until 12.30pm. Keep that in mind if you're planning any tour that day. Overall satisfied with the service provided.

Tim PNo communication on pickup time from the hotel and no reply to my questions so was sat waiting for over an hour not knowing if anyone was going to turn up. Pickup was late and traffic was bad so we missed our ferry, luckily there was another running so I still made it to the destination the same day

Julia MBooked a pick up for around 7:30 o‘clock. Company confirmed pickup at 7:30 o‘clock. My alarm clock was set 6:50 o‘clock and I woke up to a message from the driver, that he is picking me up at 7:00 o‘clock. I instantly wrote him, that I may be not ready on time — with no responds from the driver at all - and hurried to get ready. He arrived around 7:40 o‘clock for the pickup than .. so I rushed everything for nothing

Aggie VAjud was our driver and was excellent!! He had clear communication with picking us up from our hostel and was on time. He made sure everyone was comfortable during the drive and got us to our destination on time. He went out of his way to assist with heavy bags and wheeled suitcases for some of his struggling customers!
Very pleasant experience and some awesome music too!!
