The vehicle was dangerous, I felt extremely unsafe. When the driver was breaking the vehicle started swaying from side to side, particularly at the rear. I believe this vehicle is not roadworthy and should not be carrying passengers. The driver was also irresponsible and had no concern for safety. He was holding and speaking constantly on his telephone throughout the entirejourney. Another bus on the motorway had to use his horn, as our driver was not concentrating and moving into his path as our driver was holding his phone in deep conversation. I believe it is only a matter of time before there will be a serious accident with this company. The bus also arrived 75 minutes late as unexpected drop off and pick up stops where made.

The bus doesn't look that good and the aircon. Surprisingly, we have the same driver from and to bangkok but he's kinda more calm this time and we were dropped at the BTS Station but not exactly in Mo Chit which is also okay on our end.

We booked seats together, but had to sit separately. I was in a cramped row of three which couldn't be described as "luxury". The driver weaved between lanes throughout the journey which made for an uncomfortable journey
