We had bookings but seperate over the wagon. Traveling with 2 children we asked for help if it's possible that we could at least be a bit together but there was no help! None whatsoever. We improvised by letting the kids sleep with us on the upper bed but it was so small that it was basically impossible to sleep. Also the door to the wagen was broken so every time someone opened and passed the door it remained openZ you could hear the intense sound of the train as well. The conductor was very u helpful

It was ok. Could only get top bunks and train was old and noisy. Toilet was not clean and was smelling.

Communication was very good and tickets worked out. Only problem was my tickets were delivered to the wrong hotel, even though the envelope was addressed correctly. Luckily it wasn’t too far away and I was able to find where they went and pick them up

Pick up of ticket went smooth. Next to the station is a weekend market, so spent some time there. 1st class car is good for traveling. We had a 2 hour delay die to construction, but no issue - just had a bit more sleep.
