Pretty much on time and a clean bus albeit the seats are quite “cozy” with the passenger next to you. Like other reviews, everyone got charged 20 baht for every bag in the hold despite the 12Go app saying it’s included (under 20kg) but only by one lady was charging on the 12 and 1pm buses (other buses leaving in between were charged as she was sat eating lunch!
