There were only 5 passengers left in the bus and the driver tried to drop us in Central Pattaya, saying it was the final stop. He was rude about it but then had to go drop us at Bali Hai Pier after we showed him the ticket. It was not my first time going there so I knew where the final stop, was but for anyone who didn't, they would have been left stranded.

I understand that delays are possible, but not for 1 hour 20 minutes! It looked like they wanted to fill the entire bus with passengers and because of this they did not go. At 1.30pm I was in the place I needed. And then - I came out earlier, before reaching the end point, otherwise I would have got to the right place much later. I give two stars for the fact that the bus was normal and that the driver let me out in the place I needed

Excellent service, easy booking. Coach was comfortable, air con good and curtains to block out sun. Seats were reclining and comfortable lots of leg room. Timings were good also … really reasonable cost, would recommend 😊
