Info about luggage cost (included or not) was VERY unclear. It said 30 kg in luded, but we had to pay extra for our suitcase. We arrived 1st to have a good seat. It apprared later that we had numbered seats. No ody told or asked me. Seat numbers were incorrect or confusing. Everybody was in a wrong seat. Very poor organisation and communication.

don't take this company ! Unfriendly staff, no room for luggage, they let us have it on us during the 2 hour drive. We stopped to get gas and they told us we had 10 minutes to walk around. Finally, after 5 minutes, they started the bus and we had to leave even though they were missing the passenger compartment.

The bus left late for no reason and arrived in South Pattaya instead of North Pattaya. When the driver was asked if it was North Pattaya, he agreed with the passengers, even though he knew it wasn’t. To make matters worse, the trip took 4 hours instead of the expected 1.5 hours.
