It was a great trip, I slept really well and was very comfortable. There was AC (so bring something warm ) and some food (no vegetarian options though) and a water bottle.

The ticket purchase was easy. Navigation to/from the bus stations was great. Staff went above and beyond to ensure I understood what was going on even though I don't speak Thai. Vehicles were older and the leg room was lacking.
