Pick-up was perfectly on time. However the hotline number did not answer my three calls. In addition I expected my call would be returned, that did not happen as well.

Van was supposed to leave at 3.30pm. Instructions were to reach at 3pm at the station. So we reached at 3pm. Van only left at 4plus. Our estimated time on arrival to ekkamai was 6.30pm. We reached at 7.45pm. Driver had zero sense of urgency, making several stops to chat with his buddies on the roadside where there were no one getting off. When for a gas pump, several chatting stops, some dropoffs and only reach Ekkamai more than an hour late. Lucky for us, we weren't rushing for a plane or that plane would have left a long time ago.
