It was just a fan cooled carriage for an hour. It wasn’t overcrowded. You had to queue up early at the station which is 15 minute walk from Ban Sue metro

Overall great but no option to sit together when travelling with a child so had to share a seat with my daughter and my husband sitting 10 seats away. Also could only book expensive sleeper carraige for 45 minute trip.

Train on time, staff very friendly. But I did not understand why don mueng Train Station was my only possibility to book. I would have preferred a closer station but 12Go did not offered it.
