The chair is not comfortable and slippery on the butt. Natanyah AIt was good, not great. Nothing special and the back side seats are awful, have to crawl over someone to get out, especially if the person in front has their seat back. The back seats behind other seats should have a little extra space, not less. Also, I wasn't given the wifi pass when I walked in and I didn't want to crawl over someone to go ask. Otherwise, it was fine.

Geneva DThe trip was nice, it has enough stop overs and the bus operators were kind and helpful. They have a good system in labeling the bags to make sure it doesn't get lost and you can get the wifi password from the Bus drivers. It was comfortable and budget friendly.

Marjorie VThe legroom in First Class was still uncomfortable for someone with long legs like me. Additionally, the comfort room door did not close properly, and since I was seated nearby, it would occasionally swing open. This was quite unpleasant, especially because odors from the restroom could be noticeable at times. The trip departed on time; however, we arrived approximately two hours later than the scheduled arrival time. While delays can sometimes be unavoidable, the late arrival combined with the limited legroom and issues with the comfort room door, affected the overall travel experience.

Marc HThis so called sleeper bus was among the most uncomfortable modes of transportation I have ever used. You either sit on the floor or pressed into the roof of the bus. There is no neutral seating position. The lie flat position is not completely lying flat and the most upright position is like the position of a poorly designed recliner chair at full recline, but with ldgs and head in odd positions.
To add insult to injury, there was an announcement minutes before the journey that the promised water and snacks would not be provided. Water bottles were available at the bus station for Victoryliner to purchase for us, but they did not care to do that, despite it being 38 degrees at onset.
The comfort room was not air conditioned and one could literally pass out in it, so I guess that was a reason it was locked by the stewardess halfway through a 5 hour trip.
The stewardess did nothing on the trip, not even one announcement. I actually feel bad for her, though. She had no seat, but rather had to sit on the floor diagonally behind the driver, unprotected from catapulting through the windshield should the bus stop short at highway speeds.
This experience comes at double the cost of the first class bus. The Royal Liner is a royal pain, both figuratively and literally.

Patrick Rit is goof but i dont like how the bus conductor put additionally fee on our trip just because we upgraded to san narciso from olongapo because when we are going back home the fee is more cheap and we only pay 78 pesos but the bus going to san narciso from olongapo issued us 170 pesos
