It’s a little chaotic getting on the boat, not helped that they have two boats going at the same time but no signage, everybody asking which boat they should be - communication poor, and on arrival at Islands again not good with telling you which pier you’re at, good old Google maps helped!

Some passengers missed their drop off point due to unclear or non existent naming of port/destination...a simple solution would be to hold up a port/destination card in English at each drop off point

The boats tie up to the quay but lack proper gangways to leave and enter boats. I have arthritis in my knees and found it hard to get in and out of the boats at the dock. The gangway is a wooden plank, no hand rails , no support to help travellers though the staff did their best
