The check in process was chaotic and we didn’t know where to wait or when to get ready for check in. According to the pdf we had to check in at the resort hotel near the pier but there was a pick up point, too so we had to ask multiple times to make sure we are at the correct spot. The pier was also not safe to walk with heavy luggages…

The staff at Railay Pier were rude especially the female. Sounded racist as she was short and abrupt with us when we arrived yet she was very nice and polite with the white Caucasians.
