Ciara OWhen booking our ticket, 12goasia said the ferry trip is 18 hours (leaving Manilla 7am and arriving into Coron the following morning at 1am). However, at 7pm that night the ferry docked and the captain told us that there would be a 3 HOUR BREAK!! AND that we wouldn’t be arriving until 14:30 THE NEXT DAY!
This meant our journey went from 18 HOURS TO 32 HOURS!!!
The crew were all very professional and kind and said that the trip is never 18 hours (so it’s not like the weather or anything can be blamed).
This was extremely stressful and we lost out on a nights accommodation as a result.
Again the crew cannot be faulted as they were all very kind and helpful but the website is lying!!

Al CThere’s a big reason why Attienza Ferry has such a low rating on 12Go. Based on my experience, this was by far the worst travel experience of my life.
The comfort room was terrible. The free lunch and breakfast were also disappointing. If they couldn’t improve everything else, at least they could have provided decent food or maintained clean restrooms. The beds felt more like hospital beds than accommodations for passengers. The rooms smelled awful and were infested with cockroaches. Almost everything about this ferry was unacceptable. Everything in this ferry was a sht, very bad.
The operator was also not transparent with the schedule. Our booking indicated a direct trip from Manila to Coron, but nowhere was it mentioned that there would be a stopover at Batangas Port. Because of that stopover, the trip took around 34 hours. As a result, our hotel booking was wasted and our travel plans were disrupted.
So if you’re looking for a guaranteed way to ruin your travel itinerary, you might want to consider Attienza Ferry. They should rename themselves from Attienza Ferry to “Attienza Sira-Plano” because they seem determined to destroy their passengers’ travel plans.
What’s really sad is seeing some of my fellow Filipinos endure these conditions simply because they have no other choice. No passenger should have to settle for this kind of service.
I will never book with Attienza Ferry again and will never recommend them to anyone especially to foreigners here in the Philippines.

Marie BWhen booking the ticket from Manila to Coron, it was said that this journey would take 18 hours in total ! It said that we would arrive at 1am but when the boat stopped for a whole 3 hours (!!) the captain informed us we wouldn’t be arriving until 14:30 the following day, bringing the journey to 32 hours !!! And when we brought this up to him he told us that 12Go Asia always do this and tell their customers the incorrect information ! The staff on board could not have been nicer and were so so helpful and friendly but we are appalled that 12Go Asia sold us tickets for an 18hr journey that actually took 32hours !!!!

Olivia tourist class was comfortable enough, very cold though so rent a blanket or bring a jacket. ticket says go to the port 4 hours early, 1 or 2 is enough. we didn’t have to pay extra for anything even tho reviews said so.

Molly FThe boat trip was a lot better than we expected after seeing information online. We booked the business class 6 bed room and it was very clean and comfortable. Each bed has curtains so it felt very private, and the AC kept the room at a comfortable level. The boat itself had everything you needed, and you can go on the deck which is nice and there’s a smoking area on the boat. The bad side was that we got food on the boat after being one of the first to board and it was cold. We had a meal included which we were not informed of and we found out afterwards after speaking to other people who had gotten then same boat.

Vivien RWe’ve had the 4 bed room & overall it was much better than we expected - own bathroom/shower & everyone was super kind. The only negative point is the veryyy loud concert in the main area. It was louder than every concert we’ve ever been to - you couldn’t even have a conversation without screaming.
