Boat was clean and organised. Got us to Koh Lipe from Kuah Town on time. No stopping anywhere else on the way, was happy about that.

Big boat with a couple of hundreds seat. Fairly big seats for Asia. In January not crowded at all. Super cold ac blowing. Har to get of in koh Lipe. Not a problem for most but a small climb down to long tail boat.

Dear Dooze Go Asia Team, I am writing to report a serious issue that occurred with my luggage during my ferry trip from Langkawi to Koh Lipe, two days ago, on the 9:15 AM boat. My backpack is a modular model (brand: Topir… / Tropical — similar name), composed of two connected parts. One main backpack and a detachable square toiletry bag that attaches very securely to the back of the backpack. This toiletry bag does not fall off under normal use. When boarding, the staff placed my backpack inside the luggage storage area of the boat. However, after arrival, the backpack was taken out and left at the port without proper care. When I later arrived at my hotel, I discovered that the attached toiletry bag was missing. I immediately contacted my hotel, who contacted the ferry company, but they said nothing was found. I also went personally to the port, where I was treated very poorly and not listened to, despite showing photos of the missing green bag. This loss is extremely serious for me. Inside that bag I had: • My dental aligners (essential for my ongoing orthodontic treatment – I am here for 10 more days without them) • High-quality makeup products (professional brands, expensive) • Brushes and other personal items This situation occurred due to improper handling of my backpack, and no one has taken responsibility or offered any solution so far. I kindly ask you to: • Properly investigate with the ferry company if the bag is still on the boat • Inform me if there is any insurance coverage for this type of incident • Provide a fair solution, as this loss has caused me significant inconvenience and financial damage It is very likely that the bag is still somewhere on the boat. Super helpful staff here! , ferry is Old and lolls about a bit, but goes fine enough. I sat up in the back compartment which was empty with lots of window seats to enjoy the view.
