Malcolm BWhile the actual transfer worked perfectly, the communication about the booking did not! This made us very stressed on the first leg. At the 12Go site I was able to book a direct ferry from Langkawi to Koh Lipe, *these ferries do not run in low season (July -Oct), but this was not communicated in the booking*. Instead the ferry took us East to the mainland, we were getting very stressed, other passengers tried to help by searching onward travel options for us. Only after immigration did we realise there was a van transfer arranged for us in the booking. This took us all the way to another ferry pier then ferry to Koh Lipe.
The transport all worked perfectly, only 3 stars because better communication in the booking process would have saved us a lot of stress!

There was a metre drop between the boat and the transfer vehicle with no.steps or support to help in exiting the boat. Due to the wet surface on the transfer vehicle l slipped seriously hurting my back. There was no support or follow up from.the crew after my accident
