The ride with the boat was as planned. Just the logistics around the check-in and to get onboard was a little messy but ok. Would do it the same way again.

Check in was quick and easy at the Koh Tao Pier. The staff made sure to get everyone on the right boat. Once on board told where to put baggage for Koh Samui and Koh Phangan. The seats on the inside of this ferry recline and have a foot rear in the air conditioned cabin. However, the seats themselves are not that comfortable. Half way between Koh Tao and Koh Phangan we faced a storm and treacherous waves.It felt as if we were going to tip over. Everyone ran from the outside deck into the cabins. Several people were vomiting. It was a scary scene, like as if we were in a movie. The staff did an excellent job helping everyone and managing the situations that were all happening simultaneously. The captain of the ferry did an incredible job navigating the ship and keeping us all alive. I recognize their great work. And want to thank them!

Koh Tao roads were like rivers. The boats were canceled, especially the speed boats and yet I was still charged with no refund. 12Go is lacking in this area of customer service and support.
