Sarah PIt started very good but it ended in an disaster. We waited 1,5 hours at the Pier with no informations. The driver did no Talk english, What is totally Fine, but he didn‘t Even try to explain anything. I wrote to the provider, but there was just an excuse, no further informations, when we will take the ferry. I crabed my luggage and took the ferry by my own. Of course I had to pay more because of the Transfer on Koh Chang
