Tessa EThe boat from Phi Phi to Jilad pier left on time and was spacious. The taxi service from the pier to the airport was below my expectation. The company messaged the day before asking me to send a selfie to help the driver recognise me. At the pier, many ppl asked if I needed a taxi. The driver from Zest, did not show me my selfie, did not have my name, instead insisted I show my ticket. If he had simply said are you xxx? Or are you waiting for a taxi from Zest? It would have been fine. I felt uncomfortable around this driver.

Be aware of the taxi transfer scam that they're pushing when you're on the boat. It's easy to get a grab from the port

Bad: extremely uncomfortable, had to wear the life jacket all the ride, nothing to see, stay sit all the ride, very noisy, too crowded

Carolina CUnfortunately this journey on the speed boat was terrible, the sea was very rocky, I don't know if this could've been helped by driving a bit slower, but we all felt quite sick due to the bumpy 1h journey
