Hod HIt was a terrible trip, there were lots of waves and the ferry kept rocking, feeling like it wasn't adapted to the conditions, our bags arrived wet and the books in our bags were ruined. On top of that, when we arrived at Koh Tao there were waves and the crew couldn't stabilize the ferry on the pier. The boat kept getting stuck on the pier and it was very scary. Then when we got off they put us on a very narrow iron bridge that kept moving with the waves and people almost fell into the water. It felt very unsafe and I will never use this company again, I recommend that you as 12 go stop working with them

Daniel It is not like in the pictures. The charging outlets didn't work. I was next to the stairs that go to the driver, and the beeping of the speed alarm was so annoying
Also the sit I was 1 -D it was hurting my left leg.

Charlotte TEasy to find office and staff were friendly, boat was spacious but seats were old and worn so made them not the comfiest. Also it arrived about 15/30 minutes after expected arrival time (which didn’t effect/bother us) just would maybe extend journey time on ticket
