Trent FTicket people are very rude and make you feel dumb, We get there 45 mins before departure. Earlier than we need to be. I gave him my booking number and he skims over the page in one second and says No ticket no refund goodbye. Then I find the QR code and they start saying wow good job (they probably didn’t like I was an American)
Then we wait for 30-45 minutes and haven’t heard anything so I went up right before the departure and said is the boat late? And he says you missed it, you don’t pay attention, no refund, and buy a new ticket.
At this point it was obvious I was getting scammed to buy another ticket and that’s probably what those people do to most foreigners.
I’d recommend spending the extra 10$ to go on a speedboat and not with this company. Especially if you’re a foreigner unfortunately they treat you differently.
So we missed it and luckily there was a taxi driver listening to it all and he helped us get on a speedboat close by to go to Phi phi
Not trying to sound like a ignorant tourist but it definitely sucked

Mladen It was a pleasant trip. The ferry had a open space on the top with stunning views and unfortunate moments. Crossing such short distance by speed boat and missing those pictured panorama around is not worthy.

Chris CGood ride. Very warm on boat. Seats comfortable. Shop had a good offer of snacks. Space to walk around and see the views outside. Check in was quick. Ramp along the pier was long, approx 500-600m. New ramp being built here which will make it smoother in time. Staff helped get heavy cases on board and off. Busy on arrival at Ton Sai. 20 TBH tax per tourist needed so have the cash ready.

Kazumasa OThe reservation site stated that the departure time was 10:30 and the arrival time was 12:00, but the actual arrival was at 12:45. The departure was not delayed, and the weather was fine. The ferry ride was smooth and comfortable. If the correct time is not listed, there’s a risk of missing a flight.

Ryan Boarding was late and chaotic. If the cabin was air conditioned, I could not tell. It was stifling the whole ride over on the middle deck, and it was only one quarter full. I'm told the lower deck was a bit better. The transit itself was smooth once we got going. We arrived about 20 minutes late in the end.
