Elena DThe person who checked ticket on boarding was so rude. He scanned our QR and then he turned around after that he grabbed my hand and asked my QR again ( in Vietnamese of course). Obviously he had en error scanning them again. He even pushed me aside, yelling something I didn't understand. When English speaking person appeared I explained what happened, nobody apologized. The person in the entrance pushed me as well, maybe it's common behavior here in Vietnam....

Justin WThe only thing I would caution you against is checking that 12GO doesn't automatically choose an insurance package for you. The insurance is half the price of the ticket and absolutely useless. I was very disappointed when I saw this automatically applied to my bill and I only noticed when they sent me the receipt so that much is on me. Ferry is cool, nothing to worry about just enjoy
