The person who checked ticket on boarding was so rude. He scanned our QR and then he turned around after that he grabbed my hand and asked my QR again ( in Vietnamese of course). Obviously he had en error scanning them again. He even pushed me aside, yelling something I didn't understand. When English speaking person appeared I explained what happened, nobody apologized. The person in the entrance pushed me as well, maybe it's common behavior here in Vietnam....

The only thing I would caution you against is checking that 12GO doesn't automatically choose an insurance package for you. The insurance is half the price of the ticket and absolutely useless. I was very disappointed when I saw this automatically applied to my bill and I only noticed when they sent me the receipt so that much is on me. Ferry is cool, nothing to worry about just enjoy
