Boat trip was nice and smooth. Air conditioning on board. Check in process is time consuming as they manual check in for both online tickets and printed tickets. 80% of people have online tickets which makes the line longer.

While i was on my way to the port, they whatsapped me that the boat will leave on hour early. They organized another boat when i arrived at the port but it all felt quite chaotic and unorganized. I managed to get where i had to be so it was ok

Far from a past boat. Trip from Bali to Lombok is advertised 2hrs, it takes 4hrs. Day was beautiful, calm ocean. Overall everything went smooth. This trip was taken on August 2nd and the boat wasnt full. You can go to the pier directly and buy at the counter. Don't buy from anybody else.

The ride itself was very nice and comfortable. Nice music choice. The only unpleasant part was that the staff at the ferry office took our luggage to the pier without asking or informing us that this service would cost money. It didn’t feel right especially since the walk takes just two minutes and we weren’t given a choice.. So we had to pay 25k per luggage. Not very nice

Very comfy waiting area, 100 meters away the chaos of the port, next to a restaurant with great food. The taxi can drop you right at the office and the staff take the luggage to the boat so you don't have to carry anything. Comfortable seats, spacious ferry and overall clean, calm journey, so great experience. The only negative issue was that it arrived 20/30 mins later than scheduled, but I wasn't rushing, so nothing bad.
