We wait 1hour and half to get in and then we did an escale on gili that's wasn't mentioned in the ticket and we event change the ferry we had to pick up our luggage and put them into the 2nd ferry we arrived to Lombok with 3hour of retard. I won't recommended to anyone and I will never book with this company again.

Took the ferry from Padang Bai to Lombok. Boat had a delay of more than one. Then we arrived near a Gili island asking one of the crew members whether we had to get out of the boat or not. He told is just to the Gili islands. After that we arrived at Gili Trawangan and we asked another crew member and he was surprised that we haven't changed the boat before. We got of the boat and waited for a boat to bring us back to Lombok. One of the members from the company then asked for money which we denied to give of course. Very chaotic. Would never do that ride with them again.

We left the harbour with a delay of 45 minutes. And what was supposed to be a direct travel to Senggigi ended up with stopping twice at different islands before we got to the destination. Switching luggage was chaotic. Would not recommend this company..

The boat was almost an hour late. After this, instead of sailing to Sengigi, it sailed to Gili T. From there we had to change boat and first sail to Gili A. In the end, our trip, that was promised to be 1.5 hours was more than 4 hours. Without any warning in advance or food provision (which was very bad for kids).

Everything was alright except for the timing, it was at least 45 mins late to depart and it went to Gili Trawagan, Gili Air before it gets to Bangsal Port, by the time it arrives in Bangsal Port, it was way 1.5 hours later than scheduled. I had to abort part of my scheduled tour

If traveling from Padang bai to Bangsal, the boat stops at Gili trawangan and Gili air first so it delays the arrival time by about 40 minutes. Factor that in.

We had a stop at Gilli T and Gilli air, that was not mentioned. The trip was because of this one hour longer than were it was sold for.
