The route from Bali to Lombok: The office in Bali—the staff was very nice, very polite, very efficient. However, I really don’t like situations with a lack of clarity. I asked who would lead me from the office to the port, since I didn’t know the way. I was told in the office that the “service” would take care of me. However, it turned out that simply standing outside the office, the “service” looked like this: there were people, probably arranged with the office, who don’t work for that operator. They just grab your luggage and say they’ll help you, that they’ll lead you to the port. Otherwise, you just don’t know how to get to the port. So it’s either you go and search on your own, like some people did, or you just let yourself get “caught” by this so-called help, and then they’ll indeed take your luggage and lead you to the port. But I emphasize, these are not people who work for the operator. They are just ordinary people from the street. I’d understand if they were dressed in your shirts or with the operator’s name—okay. But these are people just from the street, arranged, who aren’t really a service, but simply begging to earn by leading you with your luggage. That’s one issue. As for the next: the journey itself was fine. Indeed, at the port, there are people who handle the crossing. During the crossing, the staff offered cookies and water, and provided a wet towel to freshen up. I have no complaints about this part. It was actually a very pleasant surprise, and everything was perfectly on time.

Really friendly staff to welcome you at the office, a short walk to the pier at Padang Bai and the ferry left on time. The ferry is big and that makes the journey smooth, I didn't feel sick at all. Absolutely worth the extra money compared to the budget options if you are prone to seasickness. It's also great the luggage was stored inside so didn't get wet - this isn't true on every boat in the area.

We started with a delay of half an hour but the trip was fine,the crew was nice, water to drink is for free, the luggage is at the top of the boat, noone tried to look in

Airco did not work. Seats at window are to small. Be aware for bagage check-in staff that try to sell taxiservice for way to high rate.Rather use Grab, whk is operating at Lombok and Bali.

Efficient booking, check in and boarding process. Only arrived a few minutes after scheduled time. Pretty smooth journey - music selection was great on top deck but very loud!

The boat departed on time and the staff were helpful loading bags onto the boat. However, every seat was sold out, making the cabin extremely uncomfortable since the air conditioning not working. Due to this there was a lot of pushing and shoving to access the top deck. On top of that, very loud pop music played through speakers for the entire trip and could be heard throughout the boat, even through earplugs and headphones.

Luggage doesn't feel safe. Personal charges "port tax" (probably rip off). Total chaos and stress when boarding for no reason.
