It was scam .. after the boat we were supposed to be transferred to Kuta, but apparently the „the shuttle“ left earlier and they say you can take a local bus. If you respond ok I ll do that then they try to get you a private car and charge you extra. This happened bevor due to google maps reviews! Take care with these operator!

Extremely late, air conditioning wasn't working well, water leaking from the ceiling, we weren't allowed to sit on 2nd level, and overall it is very tight seats with little leg room. There is no WIFI or any other entertainment. I had two way tickets and on the return journey because they were delayed they got us all out on Gili T and took us from to Bangsal on smaller local boats... I paid for the fast boat service all the way to Bangsal... not small boat. You get what you pay for... apparently these guys are known to be very late at least according to locals and frequent visitors.

Very cramped in the boat and overcrowded...people everywhere. And our bags were piled on the roof of the boat and got very wet. Otherwise, we got where we wanted to go so that's the main thing.

One hour we waited inside the ship to start the voyage. Smth was wrong their documents apporoval. And I didn't like loud disco music at the upper deck.

Easy online booking and check-in at the harbor. Boarding was somewhat chaotic but the crew did their best to support. Seats were narrow with not much legroom, not comfy for taller people. Unfortunately the ride took more than one hour longer than planned, although departure was almost on time.

The people were crowded in the sun and everything was a mess. The boat is meant to have AC, bit when we came, the AC isn't working. Due to this, we had to sit on top and beroasted under the sun for two hours. Staff are kind, but the whole system needs more arrangements.
