Everything went smooth, the check in is not directly at the harbour and you need to bring the baggage there yourself. The hall at the port was a little crowded and chaotic but afterall it worked. The ride was relatively smooth, given that the boat is rather large compared to others. Would book again

It was an experience. The boat was 30 minutes delay, its realy fast and nothing for weak nerves. High weaves and we were jumping over it.

Good welcoming team at the office who provided clear assistance. Also on board the personnel were fabulous. The air con was spot on with not too cold. Also, the boat departed on point. One of the best fast boats I've been on

The car part was very good but the ferry took much much longer than it said in the offer. I wouldn’t choose this service again.

Boat trip was nice and smooth. Air conditioning on board. Check in process is time consuming as they manual check in for both online tickets and printed tickets. 80% of people have online tickets which makes the line longer.

While i was on my way to the port, they whatsapped me that the boat will leave on hour early. They organized another boat when i arrived at the port but it all felt quite chaotic and unorganized. I managed to get where i had to be so it was ok

Far from a past boat. Trip from Bali to Lombok is advertised 2hrs, it takes 4hrs. Day was beautiful, calm ocean. Overall everything went smooth. This trip was taken on August 2nd and the boat wasnt full. You can go to the pier directly and buy at the counter. Don't buy from anybody else.
