Their ticket said I had to be at the pickup at least 30 minutes before departure. However, the bus was 2 hours late arriving with no communication or explanation. They advertise the trip time of 5.5 hours but took 7 hours with no explanation. After 9 hours from the advertised departure time they dropped me off at a different station even though I had checked with them multiple times prior and was told categorically that I would be and was dropped off at the station on my ticket. Liars. To the driver's credit he did end up taking me to the correct station but I think only because I think he could tell I wasn't going to be fobbed off again. I have heard now that they advertise hourly trips but frequently cancel and merge them into one. That's just plain wrong and borderline fraudulent. They advertise a 5.5 hour trip knowing that it's impossible to deliver. Again, that's just wrong. Advertise correct facts and deliver on what you sell people. It's not rocket science.

Very disappointing experience. We did not receive the bus we had booked, which was already a bad start. The bus was also delayed and made two very long stops. During one of them, we were left waiting on the side of the road for over an hour while another bus arrived so that some passengers could transfer. No one explained what was happening, so we were simply left waiting without any information. We arrived 2 hours later than expected. On top of that, the driver was extremely rude and aggressive when speaking to passengers, which made the journey even more unpleasant. Overall, the service we received was completely different from what we had paid for, with no communication or apology from the company. We are very disappointed with this experience and would strongly discourage others from booking with this company.

Instructions need to be improved for occasional travellers that are not used to taking the bus. Luckily we found another traveler that helped us find the way. We had to change bus 2 Times: at the Malaysian border -where the wait was nearly 1h for the other bus to come, and then at the entry of Kuala Lumpur, for a mini van ( I have to say the driver of the mini van was such a terrible driver, driving very dangerously without any consideration to security and passengers he was driving). We departed on time (11:30) but arrived very late (20:30) probably due to traffic mostly , but also unnecessary waiting times.

The indications of the drop off point was not complete, I had to go twice inside Tai Seng MRT with my suitcase, where I found someone who happens to know that Tim Howan is the name of a restaurant at the other side of the underground. The bus arrived 2 hours late at KL

The people on the office is rude and angry all the time, they do not give a pleasant service, unless the driver he was nice-ish. The bus departure was late. They dont help you to store the luggage in the bus. And the worst is that the arrival point was the B time square in the city center of KL, but instead they left us in another bus terminal 6 km away from the centre. Bad service.
