My experience with Billion Stars Express was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. The biggest problem was the complete lack of communication. My trip was scheduled from Tai Seng to Berjaya Times Square. I was informed that the departure time would be postponed from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM, which was acceptable. Delays can happen, and I understand that. However, the situation became unacceptable when the driver arrived more than one hour late with no updates at all. During that time, I tried contacting the company via WhatsApp and phone calls, but no one responded. There was zero communication or responsibility toward passengers who were left waiting without any information. The situation became even worse when the bus did not drop passengers at the promised destination. Instead of Berjaya Times Square, we were suddenly dropped off at Terminal Bersepadu Selatan (TBS) at around 2:00 AM on March 4, which was more than two hours later than the scheduled arrival time of 11:30 PM on March 3. This unexpected change caused serious inconvenience. The drop-off location was much farther from our hotel, forcing us to find additional transportation in the middle of the night. Because of this delay and poor handling of the trip, we missed our flight back to Bangkok, Thailand. Overall, this was a very stressful and disappointing travel experience. A transport company should at the very least provide basic communication and follow the promised route and drop-off location. Unfortunately, Billion Stars Express completely failed to do so. I would not recommend this company to anyone traveling between Singapore and Malaysia unless they are prepared for delays, poor communication, and unexpected changes without explanation.

We arrived a little later, but both drivers were very friendly and waited for the latecomers. The first bus was a bit older, the second was quite new and comfortable.

The bus after the boarder was comfortable and as described. The process of getting to the boarder required us to change buses twice and one of them was very old and mouldy smelling. The operators were not helpful when we asked questions and we were very unsure if we were even on the right bus.
