Singapore to Kuala Lumpur Destination Reviews

Review By far the worst bus experience I’ve ever had. The journey was advertised as a direct Singapore–Kuala Lumpur trip from 7pm to midnight, but we didn’t arrive until 5am. The bus made multiple stops in different cities, including Malacca, which was completely unexpected for a “direct” service. Extremely misleading and poorly organised. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company — I will never use it again.

First of all, I had a question regarding immigration—specifically, which tour number I was supposed to enter—but unfortunately, I received no reply. As a result, I had to sort it out just before the trip, which caused quite a bit of stress. Furthermore, the drivers were very unfriendly; we were constantly threatened that we weren't allowed to eat or drink on the bus, or else we would be thrown off. We also had to switch buses at the Kuala Lumpur city limits, as apparently only one bus was authorized to drive within the city—something we hadn't been aware of beforehand. For me, it’s a "never again." The bus itself was comfortable, and it could actually have been a pleasant journey

The driver dropped us off on the side of the road outside Kuala Lumpur, even though he had been booked to take us all the way to Berjaya Times Square. He was extremely unpleasant and barely polite. No minibus came to pick us. We had to find our own way and pay for a taxi, despite not having any local currency. This in unbelievable.

We went to the ticket office in Boonlay. There was a very unfriendly women. They gave us a our ticket and no more informations more. We we’re not sure where our bus starts so I asked again and she was really unfriendly. For a foreign visitor is no explanation on the voucher or anything else. The staff didn’t help. So I would never book again this tour.

7 hours trip, really too long from Singapire to KL! We had also to wait a smaller bus to change after TBS in order to reach Times Square and it was not clear at the booking and payment.

The journey was much longer than advertised and we had to change busses unannounced and without apparent reason. The second bus was a budget one and people even had to stand.

comfortable bus drive, however an unexpected detour after the border, and a dropoff at a station in KL, followed by a sudden change of bus at a gas station in KL. in total 6.5 hrs drive. some communication on these events would have been helpful.

Bus was very comfy but we had like 4 hours delay (not really their fault but there was no communication regarding why when where we are stopping) also the stop we had was a bit sketchy. We would have preferred a stop with a proper cafe or something like that.

The bus arrived in Singapore one hour later. It was supposed to arrive in Kuala Lumpur at 20:40 but we arrived at 23:34. Could it be possible to have a refound due to the three hours later than the scheduled time? Thank you
