Singapore to Kuala Lumpur Destination Reviews

EH
The bus service was cancelled without any notice. The bus never came. The attitude of the staff who came to pick me up was very overbearing and unpleasant. I couldn't get on the bus unless someone else on the same bus negotiated with me. Why wasn't there any notification about the suspension? The response was slow. When I tried to transfer to another bus, I was made to wait for over 30 minutes on the hot street. Seat reservations were pointless. It was really the worst, and I never want to use it again. I'm Japanese, and Japanese buses are generally not late. The system in Singapore is still in development.

On time. Efficient. Clean and comfortable. Driver was very clear about return times, when stopping to clear immigration and when stopping for bathroom break.

the trip to singapore was very good.however, the return trip to malaysia was disappointing. we were not informed that we need to transfer buses for 3 times and we had to wait for a long time to the next bus to arrive. the trip was supposed to be at 1:10pm to 6:38pm however, because of the long waiting time, we arrived KL at 10pm already. some of us had to rebook their flights at the airport because of the delays. please work on this.thank you

The bus came in time. But we didn’t get information about the procedure at the borderl. Especially we didn’t know that we should change buses. So a part of us left some belongings in the first bus and were forced to cross the border again. Then the second bus that was very comfortable was on delay. So we feared to be forgotten, no happy feeling in a unknown country. Otherwise o.k.! Regards!

Bus drive was fine but they gave very little information as to what was happening especially with going through border control. We also arrived 5 hours early with no warning this was a possibility meaning we were left with no where to go and no sleep for the night.

The bus arrived very late. The drivers are quite rude. They speak English quite incomprehensive.

I would recommend this bus because it was comfortable and the driver stopped twice so that people could use the toilets and get some food. You could also charge your phones. However it says the trip takes 5 hours but it actually took us 7 hours, because we had to swap buses twice and go through the Singapore & Malaysia border, and because there was a lot of traffic in Kuala Lumpur. But overall the service will get you from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur comfortably.
