First of all, my seat was number 15 which just happens to be the seat with the large hump at the feet part so I could barely sit with both legs behind my seat. That wasn't the worst part, the worst part was my driver apparently forgot that I was on the bus. Long story short, everyone got off at the MoChit stop and my stop was supposed to be the Southern Terminal. I was the only person left on the bus after MoChit, he proceeded to stop someone and grab something that seemed personal. When he was standing outside paying the guy for whatever he picked up, he clearly looked at me sitting in the back of he bus. He than got on the bus and proceeded to drive about 2 min down the road, GOT OUT AND PEED behind a bush. After he got done peeing, he came to my window and proceeded to talk to me thru the window. Mind you, I don't speak any Thai but from his tone of voice, which wasn't very nice...it appeared he was asking me where I was going or why I was still on the bus. He got on the bus and I walked to the front to try and explain to him that I needed to be dropped off at the Southern Terminal. He proceeded to drive the bus to another terminal and asked a Thai who asked me what was going on. I showed them my ticket and how it showed that I was supposed to be dropped off at Southern. The person told me to wait on the bus and that they would drop me off. Bottomline, he forgot he had to drop me off...why IDK!! I was supposed to arrive at Southern Bus Terminal around 4pm and didn't arrive till after 5 smh! I won't be using this company again, unfortunately! The bus ride there was fine but coming back was a disaster!

The boat was 3 hours late, and there was nobody there to tell us this fact of explain why this happened, over all the bus was okay and so was the boat, it’s just annoying you have nobody to talk to or understand the situation

The bus was left the Kanchanaburi station on time & reached Mochit bus station 20min earlier than the scheduled time. Overall it was good service!

As a foreign visitor, it would have been beneficial to us if we were told where the drop off point was! For us it was the wrong side of the city.

It was on time. Easy to find at station, comfortable, there is not much space to put luggage but a bag pack is ok, and Aircon was at right temperature

Seats were comfy, bus had usb ports, it left on time if not a few minutes late and arrived at the stop about 20 minutes late. My one complaint would be that it is not made clear what stop you are at when the driver makes a stop - he doesn’t give any warning, only says the stop name in Thai and stops for as quick as possible. I ended up missing my stop - I would recommend keeping an eye on google maps to know when to get off or ask the driver to let you know when you’re there

Easy transaction, be sure to get there early as if they have everyone checked in they will leave, sometimes before the allocated time. You can use an e-ticket (no need to print). If you have luggage I recommend booking a seat for it

They let me rest on the bus early coz they saw us struggling with mosquitos at the bus station. Punctual, bus was nice and fast. The driver was nice also.
