Aled PI think the ratings should also be broken down into the route taken and not just the company overall as i read a few scary reviews about this company but they all seemed to be around one route (one to stay away from)
But for Battembang - siem reap (and the other way) i highly recommend this company!
Easy ride, on time, good driving, bottle of water as you get on the bus, friendly staff and comfy bus!
