Franziska GThe bus ride itself was fine. We were picked up half an hour earlier than the pick-up time and arrived at our destination with only a 30 minute delay. The bus was old but had a lot of leg space. We got a snack and a small water bottle.
The communication and service was awful. There was only one 20 minute break that was already after driving 1 of the 6 hours. We were not informed that this would be our only stop and our lunch stop and that we could use our tickets there to get lunch. Afterwards, we sat in the bus for more than 5 hours without break. The woman (assistant of the driver) only communicated in thai from then on (even though she was speaking english before so she can speak english) and didn't inform us on anything. Sometimes we would just randomly stop for a longer and noone knew why and what was going on. She was very rude and threw all of the luggage on the dirty ground.

#kcentkwijt 1. I booked the wrong date and they changed it and helped me with giving me a closer meeting point.
2. The bus was an hour to late so we arrived in Sokhuthai in the night too late to find any transport. Also the bus was old, which was charming but not comfortabel. The site told us the bus was new.
3. So the people where great, the service great, the circumstances can be better.

Marie PYou don't tell where we have to go to take the bus. And the ticket arrive one hour before the bus. I imagine if you take the plane. And what does it mean you prétend to pick up your coustumers at there hôtel and it's not the reality. Very desapointed.
