#kcentkwijt 1. I booked the wrong date and they changed it and helped me with giving me a closer meeting point.
2. The bus was an hour to late so we arrived in Sokhuthai in the night too late to find any transport. Also the bus was old, which was charming but not comfortabel. The site told us the bus was new.
3. So the people where great, the service great, the circumstances can be better.

Marie PYou don't tell where we have to go to take the bus. And the ticket arrive one hour before the bus. I imagine if you take the plane. And what does it mean you prétend to pick up your coustumers at there hôtel and it's not the reality. Very desapointed.

Veronika MOverall was alright as we were picked up by tuk-tuk who took us to the terminal, bus had only slight delay, but the bus was totally frozen, way too much AC, had to tell the driver twice to lower but did not help that much and we were cold the whole journey

Friedemann Everthing was good, but an option to book seats with extra space would be nice. If your taler then +1,95 you may will become problems with the space.

Jona BBus was in time and clean. Stop for a free luch is included, but not explained to the many non-Thai tourists onboard, a little hint in english would be nice but we found out ourselves. Luggage was no problem.
