The bus driver literally robbed us. After a painful night on this bus, the driver was supposed to provide us with our ferry tickets to Koh Phangan. This dishonest man gave us two tickets, one of which had no QR code (spoiler: it was just the receipt). We pointed it out, but he assured us both tickets were valid. At the port, it was impossible to board without the second QR code! The driver quickly rushed to resell our seats to locals. We had to pay extra tickets to get on the ferry. The 12Go hotline literally hung up on us when we asked for help. Avoid this company of thieves at all costs.

The Experience with Van2Travel (the driver) was really great. The nighttrain has a not so great standard but still was an interesting experience and good chance to travel and to sleep. The Description for the jouney was good, for the train station it could be a bit more detailed.

The night train hasn"t changed much in 15 years, but it's a fun, though rather sleepless experience. Train was quite delayed but pick-up and transfer to pier was perfectly organized. Taking the car ferry was a great choice: very calm, quiet and comfortable transfer.

Good package including bus and ferry. The only thing which could be improve is the one hour and half wait between the 2 buses (the main one from Bangkok and the smaller one to the ferry pier)

The ‘VIP’ bus was not comfortable at all. Difficult to communicate with the crew in English. Some of them were not friendly at all.

Transport was just what needed. There was a blanket and we were given food vouchers. Unfortunately the charging ports on bus did not work and due to the bus being delayed I presume we had to take the later ferry across to the island. This meant we only arrived on the island at 2 rather then 10 as the ticket stipulated.

The entire journey was amazing. The Travel agent was courteous, asked me to keep my luggage inside because I was early when it was time to board the bus he asked us to follow him. The bus was clean, very modern. The seat would recline nicely and also have USB type C and type a charging. Fleece blankets were offered the bus stop for break at 12:20 for almost 25 minutes. The bathrooms were clean next morning. The bus reach at around 6:30 AM for breakfast and also pick up a ferry tickets. We reached the ferry pier by 8:10 AM and the whole journey was amazing
