The location was easy to find, check-in was easy. Boarding started on time with help taking and storing luggage. We left on time, with calm seas but was still over 30 minutes late arriving. Spacious ferry with different decent places to sit and relax.

The sight requires additional payments as a default option. It shouldn’t be the default option when I was on the boat only by chance I noticed there’s a VIP place which is much more comfortable to sit in that if I wouldn’t have seen it, I wouldn’t know about it the experience of the pier itself wasn’t good. There was heavy rain. We had to walk with all the suitcases from the ticket place to the Pierre with no option for shuttle or any ride at all. It’s a few minutes walk within the rain with all the suitcases. We got there all soft wet, and it wasn’t nice at all. You get to the place no signs and no one to guide the tourist what we need to do that I don’t know if there’s any other option to get one place to another good things I I want to mention is that in the VIP place at the boat it’s a very comfortable and nice. And it was for free.
