Great way to get from Cameron Highlands to Penang. Just be aware of the bus only stopped at one stop, because of the toilet with no possibility to buy food. If you are planning to visit George town it is great to get to Sentral Bus station and from there take the ferry to George town.

Instead of Butterworth, the busstop was at the Penang Island. Back to Butterworth would take 45min or so? So please check before enter bus where the busdriver will take you. And yes we had tickets to directly Butterworth.

The trip went to another final stop (Terminal in George Town instead of Butterworth) and there was no information about it. Everyone was confused and had to book a grab to get to the destination.

They drop us at a other Bus Terminal and said this is the last stop. It was 20km away from the original stop

Driver was driving really fast through the first part of the journey from Tanah Rata to Penang which made me and my friend really car sick. We didn't have this when travelling to Tanah Rata the day before. So really came because of the wild driving style. Then we got stuck in a traffic jam (nothing the bus company can do about) and luckily stopped for a short toilet break after the traffic jam, however the driver was away for more then 20 Minutes at that stop and we were already late because of the traffic jam. The driver also never counted if everyone was back in the bus after a stop

Comfortable trip between Tanah Rata and George Town. Weird thing was the booking said the destination was Penang Sentral (in Butterworth), but the driver took us to a bus station on Penang island (Terminal Sungai Nibong). Which was fine by me, but might be worth considering.

Driver drove safely, but i got dropped off different than my ticket said. Instead of butterworth I got dropped off at Sungai Nibon terminal. Luckily grab was easy, but did not like the unknown
