The trip was nice, only the locket lady and the bus driver were a bit rude. She said check-in at 9.45, then I hear people already boarding the buss so I go to ask. She didn't even look at me. The chaffeur asked to see my ricket and changed my seat. He said it changed you cab go on. When I asked why, he told le that I asked a very stupid question. The only thing I need was full context not a snide remark. The ride overall was good and we made a toilet break. Amso nice that we stopped at the bus stop in Penang so we didn't have to take a ferry. But this was also not explained so some people were confused.

Busride was fast, safe and comfortable. The communication on the other hand was bad. Not clear if and where we were gonna stop and most important we arrived at a different location than provided on the ticket.
