Michiel BBefore we left Tanah Rata, the bus was filled with strawberries which was fine. What was weird however, was that the driver stopped during the trip nearby a construction site to load additional stuff (don’t know what). This was brought to people on different weird locations on the road, such as on the emergency lane on the highway where people were waiting on our bus driver. This happened 2 times and was really weird and suspicious. Furthermore, he almost left my girlfriend at the Ipoh busstation because she went for a quick toiletbrake. Instead of letting us/me know that he would only move the bus to a different place, he initially said he was going to leave. Not a good experience with this guy

Alejandro PCS Express team were very friendly, helpful and accommodating when requesting to be collected in the Kea Farm area to avoid backtracking to Tanah Raja. Communication with the team was excellent, they were prompt and supportive in their responses. When the bus arrived it was super comfortable, with reclining seats and charging ports, the best transport we've had in Malaysia by far. Absolutely recommend.

Alina HThe driver was very angry all the time, checking everyone, shouting to random people and driving very aggresively.
Aside from that, our trip was to Penang Sentral and suddenly the last stop was in Georgetown.. Very strange experience so we had to take a grab.The seets were very nice.

Imke VBus left and arrived on time. Lots of legroom and spacious seats. Bus dropped us off at a different point, but is was already on Penang Island so it was better. Safe driving.
