Chris I had quite a long wait at the terminal in Tagbilaran but was comfortable and fed and watered myself adequately before the trip…
The journey itself was fine but I definitely recommend the Business Class option due to the more comfortable seats!

Bfjdhnrhth Really easy process to check in, everything was on time and journey was all okay, chairs not the most comfortable but can’t really complain for the price.

Philip GFerry got cancelled due the fuel crisis. Took the next ferry (booked and paid NEW tickets to be sure of a seat), the ferry itself was almost 2 hours late. The refund proces is long and not everything what I paid for the previous tickets are getting refunded. 12Go Asia said that they can’t arrange the refunding and that I had to do it myself. Also extra fees for everything: port fee, extra bagage handling fee (the amount was not a fixed price, but rather chosen by the operator “big bag vs small bag?”). The organisation of the bag drop-off at arrival destination was horrible. Ants crawling on each other for getting their bagage in the dark.

Nadia FI took a ferry from Panglao to Siquijor on April 5th, great weather, everything went smoothly! I suggest booking a seat on the outside level if you can to watch the view (I saw a dolphin 😍) instead of being in economy (where is smelled a like gas at the beginning and I couldn’t handle it) - As they assign each person a seat and don’t seem very happy when you move around.

Lise CWhen you arrive at the port nothing is clear. In addition, even when buying your ticket online they still ask you to pay fees on the spot

Laura FThey took our backpack (less than 10kg) without weighting them and we had to pay 150php extra. We didn’t have the choice.
It was about 2 hours late
