Your service is very poor, I tried to book a return ticket from Bangkok to Pattaya and instead of paying for a return, I received only the bus back from Pattaya with some additional charges for covid kit or some random thing I never asked for. I immediately emailed to have this matter sorted out which was 3 days ago and I still haven't received a reply. It's unethical unprofessional and I will never use your service again and will advise friends and family when travelling here to not use your services either
