Overall, a very smooth and punctual trip, but the pre-boarding PDF/process needs clearer instructions. Finding the bus area was tricky, though local staff and security guards kindly pointed us in the right direction. Crucial tip for travelers: You cannot board with just your digital ticket. Before heading to the bus, you must visit a ticket booth inside the airport to exchange your phone's QR code for a physical paper ticket. There is no need to print anything at home, but make sure to allow extra time at the terminal for this step!

Highly recommended! We booked a transfer from Bangkok Airport to our hotel in Pattaya, and the service was excellent,punctual, well-organized, and hassle-free. Upon arrival, a young man was waiting for us at the meeting point and immediately contacted our driver. We waited for just a few minutes before he walked us to our car, which was conveniently parked right outside the exit gate. Our driver was very polite, professional, and took us exactly where we needed to go. Great experience overall!

The extra pickup from the finał station in Pattaya to our target hotels using the van was super idea. I have never met such a solution. The travel in the bus itself was very comfortable, specially the distance between the rows of seats was big enough for my long legs.

The directions to link up with the bus was a bit unclear for us. We actually went to the bus stop headquarters instead of the actual airport where the bus departed from. But the bus people helped us and we're great!
