Sihanoukville Giant Ibis to Phnom Penh Giant Ibis Destination Reviews

The driver arrived 30 minutes in late but the organizer said it's because he needs a break after a long driving. Apart from that, everything was fine! Driver was nice and the car was comfy

It’s not very luxurious when you sit at the back. They stopped multiple times in Phnom Penh to drop people off, and at one point, during the last hour of the journey, a guy got on and had to stand because there were no seats left.

Great service, driving and timekeeping, friendly and efficient staff, free water and croissant on board. Aircon wasn't very strong so pretty sweaty sitting on plastic covered seats.

The instructions for the pick up point weren’t clear so we ended up going to the wrong place. The bus actually left at 2:45 instead of 2:15. The free water and biscuits were nice

They did wait for us for delayed ferry, however, it was not a SUV like we booked, the driver took a 30 minute detour off the expressway for petrol and also we were charged a $15 petrol surcharge despite the booking saying no hidden charges (understand the increase in costs at the moment but don’t spring it on customers the day before!).
