For the 5hr trip. 2stops were taken. One Stop mid point is more than enough. The bus has a toilet. The 2nd stop just before arriving PP was a waste of time. Pls use a single stop in future to reduce overall travel time.

The tuk tuk driver that your bus attendant recommended to take me to my hotel (implying he was associated -or at least vetted- by Ibis charged me twice the grab price and tried to shortchange me when we got to the hotel. A lousy end to an otherwise enjoyable ride. Not impressed and left bad taste in my mouth.

On my ticket it stated 11pm ETA. Instead, we arrived at 1.20 am!! I lost three hours of work and therefore a lot of money. Far too many stops on the way, too much time lost.

I used this service to travel from Siem Reap to Phnom Penh. The bus had air conditioning and spacious legroom, so the journey was comfortable. The vehicle arrived right on time for departure, so we didn’t have to wait. It made several stops along the way — about five or six short 10-minute toilet breaks and one 30-minute stop for breakfast/lunch. We arrived about an hour later than the scheduled time though; so make sure to allow some flexibility in your plans. Overall, I would recommend this service.

This bus doesn't have windows for lower berths. I assumed there would be windows for all berths. They should indicate in the booking website whether a berth has a window or not. The aisle between the berths is very narrow. If they can shift to buses with slightly wider aisle, it will be helpful. Currently, two people have to get squished against each other if they have to cross each other in the aisle.
