Operator sent me wrong pick up address in the booking confirmation, then when I called them - couldn’t explain where is the correct pickup point (very bad English in the customer support) -> bus left without me. After sending them all the screenshots with addresses and google maps - they still refused to refund. This is “premium” service in terms of the price, but low cost in terms of customer relations and support. Choose reliable services, not this one.

The was was big clean and comfortable. It left on time. There was the driver and his assistant who spoke excellent English and informed us of the movements of the bus. We stopped twice for a loo stop, and once for a longer stop where you can sit down and eat. It took 6 hours to get to Phnom Penh from Siem Reap. Very good trip

Very clean and spacious bus. Provided us with a croissant and a bottle of water which was a nice touch. Had two rest stops which was perfect for a 6 hour journey and arrived in Phnom Penh right on time. Would definitely recommend and would travel with this company again!
