Stephen GProbably the most comfortable bus seats I’ve ever been in, and good amount of recline & quite spacious. 6 hour trip was very enjoyable, excellent service and on time. Would definitely use this service again.

Josefin HWe specifically ordered an SUV, clearly stating that we would be traveling with four suitcases and additional hand luggage. Unfortunately, we were disappointed when the driver arrived in a BYD (either Seal or Destroyer) with a surprisingly small boot.
To avoid delaying our departure, we had no choice but to stow some of our luggage between our legs and on our laps. This resulted in zero legroom, making our journey anything but relaxed. It’s essential for companies to match their vehicles to customer needs, especially when luggage is a significant factor.

Tereza FWe had only 3 seats in a row so the Bus was very comfortable and spacious, the driver was driving save, the check in people were very nice, we left on time
But!
Some of the seats didn’t hold upright and we had a super long service stop to change the tyres and check the pressure?!? Plus million stops on the way plus dinner stop for another half an hour?!? and obviously in super overpriced restaurant! There was very cold ac - people were complaining and they just told us NO it is not possible to higher the temperature! No seat belts for many seats!!! We arrived 2h late because of all the unnecessary stops!

Amy R3 months travelling round Asia and this was my best experience so far. Provided drinks snacks, regular quick stops and was quicker than arrival time. Staff and drivers pleasant and kept you in the loop. Great service highly recommend. Also bus very comfortable lots of space, charging ports and wifi

Cairo STrip was on November 12. Everything went well with the exception of one thing. I never received additional information providing driver info and car license plate beforehand, I had to ask around in the hotel lobby. Only then did I see the driver there.
