Very disappointed 1/ I'm familiar with Asian bus delays, but this one was very long ... arriving 3 hours late in Phnom Penh. Staying there only one night before catching the train the next day, I booked a slightly more expensive hotel with a rooftop and a view of the SkyLine, so I could take some nighttime photos... Arrival at 9:30 PM instead of 6:30 PM, and the rooftop closed at 9 PM... 2/ The bus: standard comfort, but nothing exceptional. I've seen much better "deluxe" seats on other buses. It's not worth the $17. 3/ I'm giving it 3 stars because they aren't responsible for the traffic, and the driver's companion was very kind and cheerful.

The seats were spacious and comfy however we found there to be a lot of little ants by our seats. We then got off to find our luggage (which had been on the bottom of the bus) infested with mini ants/spiders! Wasn’t ideal and took a while for us to clean this out afterwards.
