Comfortable trip. We got a small bottle of water, some sort of pain au chocolat and a wet tissue. One stop at a restaurant for lunch and another at a gas station. We started with a short delay, but that seemed to be because of passengers coming late. Arrived quite punctually. Service was great. WiFi worked well. Only the announcements were a bit difficult to hear, but that's alright. Still a bit expensive though compared to other companies.

I had booked two upper sleeper seats on the night bus, but when we arrived our seats were already taken. Thankfully, the staff quickly found us another place. However, the alternative was a double bed without a window. Overall, we appreciated the staff’s prompt assistance and the bus was on time.
