Monika KI booked a ticket the night before for the morning pickup from the airport, and they did not arrive and once we reached them on the phone told me to take a cab and i would have to to pay for it… after arguing with them they told us they would come - only showed up after for people at 9 and then finally took us to the boat but could only catch the one an hour and a half later…

Pia The name for the provider for the transport from the airport did not match the voucher. Apparently they stod there with a totally different sign, my name was not on it either so I had no clue. I tried to reach out to you and you responded that there were no response from the operator. Finally I myself found their phone number online and called them and we sorted things out. So make sure it’s the right name for the operator on the voucher. And there were no phone number on the voucher.

Darpan JThe only reason I booked the van transfer was because I wanted to make sure I get picked from the hotel. I didn't care if they will drop me somewhere from thongsala. Call it 12go's mistake, or theirs, but one could not see if they will pick up or not from airport. Ultimately I had to let the whole booking go to waste since I took my own transport to thongsala and a new ferry to koh Phangan. What a waste.

Maksymilian M"The ferry was old but still solid. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, the ferry departed 15 minutes late, but that seems to be normal. One downside was that the price at the port was 100 THB cheaper."
