Gabriele GMy luggage arrived late and I had to rebook the ticket, I could not just pay to change the time of my ticket 2h before boarding- I had to book with another company…
One of the taxi ute driverat the port waiting, charged me another double price and dropped me off at the wrong accommodation… the travel agent service wasn’t helpful, as they had to change the arriving port on koh phangan but would help me with my need to get a taxi from there…
The taxi driver didn’t know where I wanted to go, even he said very confident he knows!!! He asked for 400 but and dropped me off far away passing my booked accommodation!
I had to get a motorbike taxi half way back!

Everything went perfectly. We took a taxi directly from the airport to the pier for 250 THB, and the driver immediately knew where to go. At the pier, you can also buy drinks and a small snack, so the waiting time was very comfortable. There was no problem at all with the luggage. The service was very good, very courteous, and the overall organization was excellent.
