Justine SThe staff is not nice, the boats were all late but nobody could tell you how long you needed to wait. We waited more than 1h in line to check in. Once you’re in the boat it’s pretty fast and comfortable.

Dmitri VNot sure if this is rating the transfer to the speedboat, if so that was excellent. Although would be helpful if we were told to go to the check in desk to get the sticker and ticket.
Unfortunately on the speedboat a wheel was stolen from my Samsonite suitcase during the boat trip. It has to have been stolen as its whole casing was removed by sliding it off. Not sure if it was the crew or a passenger?

Philip LThe Ferry ride itself was good enough. But the meeting at Samui Airport was incredibly badly organised. Not clear information of where to go. We ask one staff member (in a green t-shirt) who sent us to the wrong place to wait, then I called the hotline, who told me to ask inside the airport information service. Then were told to find someone in a green t-shirt, who send us to a desk were told to wait where the first green t-shirt women had sent us away from. Chaos and hot. Samui airport has not been renovated for at least 25 years. Terribly inefficient and chaotic organisation. 12Go needs to sort this out with the ferry companies and give clearer instruction on the tickets.

This two things combined makes us feel very unconfortable. As tourist being the first time in Thailand I would have wished more Support.

Lisa SEasy to book - just double check which pier you need as there are a few on the northern part of island. Online booking was easy and instant confirmation - QR code sent - at pier scanned in with QR code and boarding pass prints automatically. On ferry - staff offered a transfer on minivan 150B pp - good value as we overheard a couple being charged 400B pp for private taxi.
