Sakura Avenue Phnom Penh to Siem Reap Giant Ibis Destination Reviews

The bus was clean, safe, fast, comfortable, and they even served us drinks and food. I would recommend this operator to anyone wanting a reliable and fairly priced ride.

We rode the VIP bus from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap. We booked the double seats so we could be together. The bus was on time, the ride was smooth, and the bus was clean (even the bathroom on board was immaculate!). The bus stopped for a break every 2 hours. It was really nice that they provided wipes, water, a snack, comfortable plush pillows and a blanket. The AC worked well. I appreciated the use of a reusable tote for our shoes instead of a one-time use plastic bag. The only complaint I have was that during booking, it was not noted that the bottom seats do not have a window, so it was like riding in a dark little coffin when we were excited to look at the countryside for the six-hour bus ride. We got a good laugh out of it. So just a note for the others booking so they know- no windows on the bottom bunk!

Amazing trip! With plush leather reclining chairs and foot rests to multiple power outlets and a clean western-style toilet on board, I’m not joking when I say this is the best bus trip I ever had. Additionally, the bus attendant was kind, knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. He was also great! I can’t wait to do it again.
