Roman MI gave 5 stars because it’s a good balance of price and quality. Yes, there are no USB chargers on board. Yes, the staff is not very engaging, but not rude. If you just need to get from point A to point B without any extra service gimmicks, this is a good option.
But if the company owners are reading this: please instruct your drivers not to set the air conditioning to the minimum (for some reason this is a common problem across Asia). In the evening, when the sun went down, it became so cold inside the bus that we literally froze.

Andreas Booked a sleeping bus, got a seating bus because the sleeper bus was under maintenance. Bus driver drove fast and brakes hard what makes the trip feel unsave.
Seating bus was very comfortable thoug.

Danbi JWe had to change our trip daye because of the delay of the Vietnamese visa. They understood our situation and recommend us to 'hold' the ticket, so that whenever we receive visa, we can travel. The trip was overall so mooth, great guides, very attentive and helpful staff. Crossing border was easy, thanks to them. It took 1.5 hours to get out of the Phnom Penh city center, so we departed at 8am and arrive at Ho Chi Minh city at 4pm. We decided to use Giant Ibis again when we are going back to Phnom Penh. It was that good.
