Joanne KThe price was very good, $120 aud round trip for 2 but the bus was NOT luxury as claimed - worn seats, harsh ride, no charging points and no wifi for return leg - and took 2 hours longer for first leg.

Terry REasy to organise our 4 bus trips before travelling from Australia. Process was easy & very well organised. Giant Ibis staff were very professional & all 4 bus were on great condition & comfortable. Buses left on time & arrived either early or close to the advertised times. Trip from Phnom Penh to Ho Chi Minh crossing into Vietnam was seamless & non stressful.

The Phnom Penh office is very small, so I’m glad our bus wasn’t full. But the bus itself was very spacious and comfortable; we got water bottles and a wet wipe to freshen up. The host was excellent, with clear instructions prior to arriving at stops and the boarder crossing. FYI they only stop once for toilet and food (20min), then there are toilets at the boarder crossing but you have to pay a little to use them. They took our passports to fill out details, but gave them back within an hour of starting the journey, so there was no stress about that. We arrived 1hr late due to evening traffic in HCM which is to be expected.
