I booked two tickets, and only after paying did I receive an email informing me that the bus would only wait 10 minutes at the border and would leave without its passengers if the visa application took longer. How can you expect a visa application at the border to be completed in 10 minutes? There's no parking available at the bus departure point. So we requested a refund, but the employee at the reception desk told us there was nothing they could do. In the end, we paid for two tickets for nothing. No refund. Never again. Shame on you!
