Besides stopping numerous times to pick local people along the way, we arrived in Siam Ream 2h later then advertised. I could even look past that but driver didn't stop at SLR transport stop, he just continued on main road. While I realised we are off, we were already 10km away. Driver not speaking English wasn't helping as well. Then I was just dropped on the road and told to get tuc tuc back. Ended up paying fro Gram to get back to centre. Overall poor service

The bus stopped very often to pick up and drop random people along the way. A 6 hour journey turned into a 7 1/2 hours because of this. Additionally the couple of times the driver stopped for “toilet” breaks we were not told how long the stop was for so it was very confusing. Several people asked the driver but he could not speak any English so we had no idea what was going on at each stop!

Overall, I'd rate the ride as relatively comfortable. My only complaint is the poorly functioning air conditioning. It was 36 degrees Celsius outside.

The bus was clean and new. Left on time, had a 30 minute rest stop and arrived only 5 mins late. The bus had a toilet which was spotless. Bed was comfortable and clean. I had the option of booking which seat I preferred (single or double, top or bottom)
