Pretty average if not lower than competitors. The crew was almost harsh. Unhelpful, didn't explain anything at the border. One of the seat I paid for was stuck on the lower position, so I took the seat next to me that I also booked. My son couldn't join me that day so I had paid for 2 seats and one was empty. The crew didn't believe me, almost yelled at me until I asked him to call the company which confirmed I paid for two seats. Bearing the bus was not even fully occupied. I will not book again with this company

The bus was super comfortable and everything was on time. Crossing the boarder was really smooth, our bus conductor took care of everything and made it really clear what we had to do. All the stops were well timed and clean, would definitely travel with Giant Ibis again. The only thing I would say could be improved slightly was the air con as it was a bit on the warmer side but was fine.
