It wasn’t a ferry. It was a little bigger speed boat. Wasn’t steady at all. Should be advertised as speed boat so people with sea sickness could choose a real ferry option.

I purchased a ticket with an airport transfer because it was the only transfer option available online. I assumed it was a standard 'add-on' transfer that could be used for any location. However, upon boarding the bus, I was told this ticket was strictly for the airport. I asked to convert it to a local island drop-off instead—since the cost is the same—but was refused. I ended up having to pay for the transfer twice. I am very disappointed that the staff could not make this simple adjustment for a customer. It felt like a rigid money-grab rather than helpful service. Always buy the Lomprayah transfer on the spot to be sure you get the transfer for the right place.
