Patrick We booked a transfer from Koh Phangan to Koh Samui via Lomprayah Catamaran through 12Go.
However, instead of the booked catamaran, we were transported by a small speedboat. This was significantly less comfortable, especially due to the extreme heat and because we were travelling with children.

Chantal LIt was hard to find the right boat to board. We were told gate 3 but there were multiple boats going to different destinations, no clear instructions by the people that worked there or signs about which one to go to for the boat to Samui. Also not a lot of shade while we were waiting in intense heat

Timo SWe booked the boat for 11 am - when we arrived at 10:30 am they told us that there will be no boat at 11 am - however we were told to wait until the boat at 12:15 pm. There was no excuse and no explanation. On top of this the 12:15 boat took of 20 mins late. The drive itself was comfortable. Luckily we had no flight to catch

Deondra The bus was Comfortable, I slept well. They had some food (it was ok) for us while we waited for the ferry and my transfer van was there waiting for me. A better waiting area at the bus station would have been nice. Excellent timing.

Holly CGreat trip from start to finish! Meal and drink was provided for the travel which was kind. Ricky was our host and was lovely and talked us through our long journey and amenities available on the bus to know what to expect. The seats weren’t crazy comfy but no seat is after an 11 hour journey! They slightly reclined and had blankets! We were dropped at the pier and boarded straight away to Koh Samui. I was worried due to some of the previous reviews but honestly was a really smooth and easy travel experience. Thank you!

Yaron SWhen you get off the ferry, people come to you and direct you to the shuttle, check your name, wait two minutes and go straight to the airport. Excellent service.
