As it was my first time to take Penafrancia and to Bicol I was very excited about the trip. The trip to Bicol was good. The seats were spacious ( seat no. 14) and there is plenty of legroom Surprisingly there was no pocket for snacks or drinks. There was no video playing, no wifi coverage and there was no USB socket to plug into and charge the device. in this time and age of internet. Most buses have these features and is badly missed in a 14 hour trip like this. While most of the time the ride was rough and bumpy. Kudos to the driver for keeping us safe. On the trip going back to Manila this time Of was on seat #17. It was in front of the WC and there was a metal barrier/railing in front of me. Not only there was no pocket for snacks and drinks. There was no legroom at all. It was so tight that I was forced to put my overnight bag in the bus compartment below. With tight space. The seats are not as wide/spacious as on my first bus coming to Legazpi. The seats are narrow like on a regular bus. So trip began and the ride was bumpy and rough as well. But to make matters most the toilet started smelling. And i was in front of it so it was horrible. I did not enjoy the whole experience. The buses are noticeably older. I must admit I did not enjoy the experience at all.

The line for it is not that organized due to there's a construction beside it. We understand the situation, but there's still that issue, so I down my stars to 4.

My bus travel was scheduled at 11am so I arrived on site at 10am just to read a message that it was moved to 1pm. The bus arrived at 2pm with technical problems. Every stop over they fix the bus and and after hours of waiting we are transferred to a different bus. The drivers are good and polite, but the management is the one to blame, they ahould check every bus before nila i byahe because so many lives are at stake. We arrived in legazpi at around 9am na so too late. But salute to the drivers they accepted the rant of every passengers even though they are not eeally the ine accountable for it
