They charged us 200 baht extra for two suitcases even though they were smaller than other people's backpacks. They told us they don't do hotel pick up and they picked someone up from their hotel on the way. They dropped someone off as well. Because of this we didn't get to make a stop on the way for the toilet or a stretch.

Driver was 10mins early. Helped with our luggage. Offered us to connect to his car Bluetooth so we can play our own music. Very very safe driver. Pleasant presence. Highly recommended.

It was raining so that made the journey even more of an adventure. You have a 15 minute stop half way through to use the bathroom and get a snack, but the bathroom costs 5baht to get in. We left like 10 minutes late, but arrived almost 1 hour early.

The luggage was packed onto the bus so not much room. The aircon was poor and it's uncomfortable in the back seat. It is really good value for money but on the windy roads, it made for a long trip.

The driver drove very fast

The van was overbooked so the driver had to stop and take out all the luggage, prop up the back seat and then put the luggage back. This meant it was stacked high and shoved anywhere it would fit (including by our legs). Due to this we took off 15 mins late. The van itself was very run down, old and dirty. AC wasn’t great either. The driver himself was very nice but the conditions just weren’t ideal especially with all the turns. Still managed to reach the airport on time at least!
