The driver thought he was performing in a formula one race… He took the turns like max verstappen men. We were supposed to be 4 ours on our way, but instead it took 2 hours en 45 minutes with 15 minute break included.

The driver was a little bit rude and drove so fast we didn't feel safe. We stopped at midtrip and he didn't give us time even to take a coffee (we paid it and we had yo throw it away). Also we arrived at Chiang Mai in 3h (50min before the normal trip) because of his fast and dangerous driving.

I’ve got a randomly allocated seat and it happened to be the one in the back where half of your legroom is blocked due to the wheel. Definitely not what I paid for as everybody else had a seat with enough legroom but me! The driver was driving too fast, he was aggressively trying to overtake a truck and did a lot of unneccesary breaking which resulted in motion sickness for the person next to me. I’ve asked the driver if we can pull over for a minute but instead he handed a sick bag to the person and proceeded to drive as fast as before.

They charged us 200 baht extra for two suitcases even though they were smaller than other people's backpacks. They told us they don't do hotel pick up and they picked someone up from their hotel on the way. They dropped someone off as well. Because of this we didn't get to make a stop on the way for the toilet or a stretch.

It was raining so that made the journey even more of an adventure. You have a 15 minute stop half way through to use the bathroom and get a snack, but the bathroom costs 5baht to get in. We left like 10 minutes late, but arrived almost 1 hour early.
