I bought a package that included pick-up at Koh Samui Airport and transfer to the pier to catch the boat. They cancelled it without informing me, and I was left without any assistance. This is unacceptable, and I need a solution or a refund.

Everything worked well. Boat Was a bit shaky, but that was due to weather. Transfer almost on time, express boat exactly 1,5h; all good! We knew that speedboat focuses on a quick trip rather than on passenger comfort, hence also all good here.

Was a very organised trip. We’re only 10 minutes late getting us but when there are other hotels to visit this is most likely going to be the case. We got to our pier and we could get on the ferry straight away.
